Corn Processing Plant Expansion

This project features the expansion of an existing packaging warehouse building to accommodate a new packaging line. The project included updating and finalizing the piping and instrumentation plans, developing a 3D model of the building, and demolition drawings. The structural design of the building addition included footings, foundation, concrete slab, structural steel, wall panels, roof panels, stairs, wall penetration, and roof penetration. Shoemaker & Haaland reviewed shop drawing and developed an engineering schedule with the client.
