Shoemaker & Haaland performed civil design services, structural design services, and construction documents and specifications. These services included site design, structural framing, and foundation design services for this new multi-level clinic facility. Drawing plans, elevations, sections, and details were developed and will be finalized with close coordination with the architect. Also providing construction phase services increased project efficiency and understanding.
Project Scope: Project Management, Documentation of Field Conditions & Site Removal, Site Layout & Utility Plans, Grading & Erosion Control Plans, Coralville Fire Specifications, Footing Design, Stud Wall & Header Design, Roof Truss Framing Design, and Subconsultant Coordination
